Set up PingDock on iPhone or iPad

Set up PingDock in a few minutes so updates from businesses arrive in one place.

Before you start

You need a PingDock invitation link from the business you want to hear from. Open it on the iPhone or iPad where you want to receive updates.

1. Open your invitation

Tap the invitation link. Check the business name and the types of updates it wants to send, then tap Continue.

2. Open or install PingDock

If you already have PingDock, open the invitation in the app. Otherwise, follow the on-screen option to install PingDock, then return to the invitation.

3. Add the business

Review the connection and tap Add business.

4. Turn on notifications

Tap Turn on notifications, then choose Allow when asked. This lets updates appear on your Lock Screen and in Notification Centre.

5. Save your connections

When PingDock offers account recovery, tap Save a passkey. This lets you restore your business connections if you reinstall PingDock or change devices. You can also do this later in Settings.

You’re ready

When you see Business added or Notifications are on, tap Done.

If something doesn’t work

• Invitation expired: ask the business for a fresh link.
• Notifications are missing: open Settings → Notifications → PingDock and turn on Allow Notifications.
